Refund policy

Return Policy:

• Returns must reach us within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Refunds are issued in Store Credit only, valid for 1 year from date of issue. Shipping fees are non-refundable

• We do not accept exchanges at this time. Please place a new order for replacements.

Condition Requirements:

• Item must be in original condition with tags attached.

• Items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged. Returns that don’t meet these criteria will be sent back at the sender’s expense.

• Return postage is to be borne by the customer. Please use registered mail with tracking, as we are not liable for lost or damaged returns.

• Please reuse the original polymailer your order arrived in and ensure your Order # is clearly indicated on the parcel for easy tracking.

Order Issues, Missing & Defective Items:

• Contact us at hello@houseofanon.com within 14 days with your order number, product name, and a clear photo of the defect. Our team will guide you on the next steps.

• If the item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund or store credit.
