Missed Deliveries

For Singapore orders, Ninja Van will attempt delivery up to three times. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse and a redelivery fee will apply.

For international orders, delivery attempts and parcel handling are subject to the policies of the respective local delivery service providers.
