Shipping Option: Standard Delivery via Ninja Van

Cost: $3.50 for standard delivery. Complimentary for orders over $120. 

Timeframe: 3–5 business days (includes order processing time)

We do not offer same-day delivery or self-collection at this time.

We currently only ship within Singapore. 

Missed Deliveries

Ninja Van will attempt delivery up to 3 times. After 3 unsuccessful attempts, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse and a redelivery fee will apply.


Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a dispatch email once your order has been shipped. Alternatively, you can track your parcel on Ninja Van using your order reference number.
